The website's own code sets no cookies. It also stores nothing in your browser through localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no marketing cookies from us.

The security check on the form

The property submission pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, which separates people from automated scripts. It runs only on those pages, not on the rest of the site.

Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies to collect or store information. It works from signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint and browser user-agent.

Cloudflare's network protection

This website is served through Cloudflare's network. If Cloudflare's security systems challenge a request — for example when traffic from an address looks automated — Cloudflare can set a cookie (cf_clearance) in your browser to record that the challenge was passed. This does not happen on an ordinary visit.

We don't currently enable Cloudflare's bot-management, load-balancing, waiting-room or rate-limiting features, so the cookies those products use are not set.

Analytics

We don't run analytics on this website. There is no Plausible, no Google Analytics and no comparable script on any page.

This describes the site as it is today. If we ever add anything of the kind, we will update this page before it goes live.

Why there is no cookie banner

We don't show a cookie banner. The website's own code sets no cookies, and the only browser storage that can arise comes from the security measures that keep the site and the form working.

Managing what is stored

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site depends on cookies we set, so blocking them won't stop you reading it. Blocking the security check, however, will prevent the property form from being submitted.
