These terms cover the use of this website. They don't govern the production work we do for clients — that is agreed separately, in writing.
Who runs this website
Verdan Studio is the public name of a visual-production practice, operated jointly from Spain by Antonio Manzano Lázaro and Juan Manuel Gómez Vargas. It is not an incorporated company.

What this website is for
This site presents our work and the kind of production we do, and gives you a way to send us a property to look at. The information on it is commercial and informational, and it changes as the work changes.
Sending an inquiry doesn't create an agreement
Sending the property form, or writing to us, starts a conversation. It doesn't create a booking, a commitment or a contract, and it doesn't oblige us to take on a project.
If we do work together, the project is set out in a separate written proposal or agreement made outside this website. That document governs the work — not this page.
Nothing is sold here
There is no online purchase, no checkout, no payment processing and no user account on this website. We never ask for payment details through it.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to interfere with it, overload it, work around its security measures, or extract its content by automated means.
Only send us material you have the right to send, and please don't include sensitive information in the optional message field.
Content and rights
The text, design and interface of this website belong to the people who operate Verdan Studio.
The films and edits presented as Verdan Studio work were created by Verdan Studio. Certain photographs used on the website are authorized official property-source material, published here under that authorization and subject to the rights of their respective rights holders.
Nothing on this website transfers any rights in the material shown. Rights in work we produce for a client are dealt with in that client's project agreement.
Availability and accuracy
We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can. We can't promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at every moment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
